• Trim stems at an angle upon arrival
• Place in fresh water immediately
• Keep in a cool area away from direct sunlight
• Change water every 2 days

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If a specific flower variety is unavailable, Loreta Gift Store reserves the right to substitute it with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and style.

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, additional fees may apply for redelivery.

Refunds or replacements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We offer same-day flower delivery in Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Parkland, Pompano Beach, Coconut Creek, Deerfield Beach, Tamarac and surrounding areas.

Orders must be placed before 6 PM for same-day delivery.

Our delivery hours are between 9 AM and 7 PM daily.
