Welcome to Loreta Gift Store. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the commercial and contractual relationship, as well as the shopping experience in the store, WhatsApp, and Instagram.

2. Eligibility
By accepting these Terms of Service, you declare that you are at least of legal age or have given us consent to allow any dependents under your care to use the STORE.
We reserve the right to change, update, and replace part of these terms, which will continue to be published in the relevant section. Every time you make a purchase, please check our terms and conditions in case of any changes or updates.

3. Copyright
All content, including photos, videos, texts, and information, is the property of LORETA GIFT STORE and is protected by copyright.

4. Orders and Payments

a. Order Process: Select the products you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. Complete the required information, including shipping and payment details. Review your order before confirming the purchase.

b. Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards and other specified payment methods on our website.
All payments must be made in full before shipping is processed.

5. Prices and Availability

All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges vary depending on the distance. When placing your order, you can check the exact cost by entering the address before proceeding to payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Product availability is subject to change, and we do not guarantee availability at the time of your order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

a. Coverage Areas:
We deliver in Broward, North Miami, and some areas of Palm Beach. You can confirm coverage through our digital channels or by placing your order on our website.

b. Delivery Times:
Committed to quality and fresh products, you must order 24 hours in advance, and surprise breakfast orders are delivered between 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM from Monday to Sunday, and other gifts between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 9: AM to 2:00 PM. For special schedule requests, contact us via WhatsApp at (+1) 754 423 3306.
Delivery will be made on the date agreed upon by the customer. Any error in the date will be the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors such as traffic or weather.
Maximum wait time: 10 minutes to contact the recipient. If the recipient is not present, we will contact the customer for authorization.
Options:

Delivery at the door or building reception (without additional liability).
Product withdrawal and rescheduling for the same day with an additional cost.
c. Delivery Information:
Provide complete and accurate information to ensure successful delivery. This includes the recipient's name, contact number, exact address, condo or building name, and any necessary access code. An incorrect address may incur additional charges.

7. Warranty and Product Availability

All orders are validated and monitored to ensure they meet our quality and hygiene standards before delivery.
Our flowers are natural products and, as such, may vary in color and type depending on the season and our inventory. However, we are committed to offering exceptional freshness and quality in every arrangement. In situations where substitutions are necessary due to availability or unforeseen circumstances, the Customer authorizes such changes within a specific color palette, at the discretion of our designer, always maintaining the beauty and harmony of the ensemble.
Our floral design process is extremely careful. From receipt to delivery, we ensure to take care of every detail to offer fresh flowers of the day. Therefore, we ask our customers to place their orders at least one day in advance (If you have a special requirement, contact us). We are passionate about working with quality products. Furthermore, we love to innovate and explore new flowers and foliage to create attractive and unique compositions.
We do not guarantee the longevity of natural flowers; however, we provide a care and recommendation card. For long-lasting flowers, we recommend preserved products.
The duration of helium balloons varies depending on weather conditions and location. We are not responsible for weather changes that may affect the decoration. Under normal conditions, latex and bubble balloons last approximately 10 to 48 hours, and foil balloons last 5 to 10 days.
Once the decoration is delivered and accepted, we are not responsible for helium refills or any subsequent damage. The decoration will be under your responsibility.
If you need bases and professional installation, contact us for options and to ensure excellent work during your event.
We will not publish photos of customers without their prior consent, which will be confirmed through our communication channels.
We do our best to describe products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Images of our products are for reference only. Colors and designs may vary depending on availability and seasonality. We will notify you in advance and ensure that any variation meets your expectations and guarantees excellent quality.

8. Allergy Warning

Some of our products may contain common allergenic ingredients such as milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, nuts, and pepper. Please inform us if the recipient has any allergies to these ingredients or other products, such as latex, to take the necessary precautions.

9. Safety Recommendations

Do not place helium balloons near candles or flammable products.
Avoid placing helium balloons near air conditioning units, as the gas compresses and deflates them.
After using the decoration, dispose of it properly. Do not release balloons outdoors to prevent choking hazards for children or animals.
Foil balloons can conduct electricity. Do not release or bring them close to electrical cables.

10. Cancellations and Returns

a. Cancellations:
Cancellations must be notified before the product is in the production process. 50% of the total purchase value will be refunded.
b. Returns:
Return requests must be made immediately after receiving the product. Provide the order number, reason for the return, and photographic evidence.
We accept returns if the received product is different from the one requested or if it arrives in poor condition. It is important that the food and product elements are not altered to process the return.
LORETA GIFT STORE guarantees the freshness of its products for immediate consumption. If not consumed immediately, refrigerate and consume them as soon as possible on the same day.
c. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved. The refund time depends on the policies of banks or credit card franchises.
11. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use our website in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the site or interfere with the use of other users.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Loreta Gift Store or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
