Cancellations and Returns
a. Cancellations:
Cancellations must be notified before the product is in the production process. 50% of the total purchase value will be refunded.
b. Returns:
Return requests must be made immediately after receiving the product. Provide the order number, reason for the return, and photographic evidence.
We accept returns if the received product is different from the one requested or if it arrives in poor condition. It is important that the food and product elements are not altered to process the return.
LORETA GIFT STORE guarantees the freshness of its products for immediate consumption. If not consumed immediately, refrigerate and consume them as soon as possible on the same day.
c. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved. The refund time depends on the policies of banks or credit card franchises.
