Shipping and Delivery

a. Coverage Areas:
We deliver in Broward, North Miami, and some areas of Palm Beach. You can confirm coverage through our digital channels or by placing your order on our website.

b. Delivery Times:
Committed to quality and fresh products, you must order 24 hours in advance, and surprise breakfast orders are delivered between 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM from Monday to Sunday, and other gifts between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 9: AM to 2:00 PM. For special schedule requests, contact us via WhatsApp at (+1) 754 423 3306.
Delivery will be made on the date agreed upon by the customer. Any error in the date will be the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors such as traffic or weather.
Maximum wait time: 10 minutes to contact the recipient. If the recipient is not present, we will contact the customer for authorization.
Options:

Delivery at the door or building reception (without additional liability).
Product withdrawal and rescheduling for the same day with an additional cost.
c. Delivery Information:
Provide complete and accurate information to ensure successful delivery. This includes the recipient's name, contact number, exact address, condo or building name, and any necessary access code. An incorrect address may incur additional charges.
